How to Get Started with Jento Pro: A Complete Guide for Healthcare Professionals

Getting Started with Jento Pro – Easy, Fast & Flexible!

Step 1: Download the Jento Pro App

First things first—get the app! You can download Jento Pro from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store. Prefer using a desktop? No worries! Visit our website and access the app link directly.

Step 2: Set Up Your Account

Once the app is installed, open it and create your account. This part is crucial—before you can start, you’ll need to:

• Review the Independent Contractor Agreement under your profile.

• Read and sign the agreement (this must be done to proceed with account setup).

Step 3: Upload Your Documents

To ensure you’re fully verified and ready to work, follow these steps:

1. Verify Your Identity

   1. Go to Account Tab > Documents Tab.

   2. Click on Personal ID Tab and complete identity verification through Stripe.

2. Upload Additional Required Documents

   1. Physical Exam – Upload your most recent exam.

   2. TB Test/X-ray – Provide proof of a recent test.

   3. BLS/CPR Certification – Ensure your certification is valid.

   4. Background Check – Check your email for a verification link from PA Background Check. If you have a recent background check (completed within the last 30-45 days), you can upload it manually.

3. License Verification

   1. Upload your CNA, STNA, LPN, RN, or MED TECH license.

   2. DCW Professionals – Upload your certification under "Required by Some Workplaces."

      
      

Step 4: Account Activation

Once your documents are uploaded, our onboarding team will review them. You’ll receive a text or email once your account is activated, and then you’re all set to start picking up shifts!

Step 5: Setting Up Payroll

Before you start working, make sure your payments are set up!

Go to Documents Tab > Payroll Tab.

Connect with Stripe to set up your payment account.

Payments will be processed after shift verification.

How to Pick Up Shifts

Step 1: Browse Available Shifts

• Head to the Explore Page.

• Available shifts will be highlighted on the calendar.

• Click on a date to see full shift details.

Step 2: Apply for a Shift

• Select a shift under My Shifts Tab.

• Once applied, the shift will appear in the Applied Tab (highlighted in orange while waiting for approval).

• Facilities must approve the shift before confirmation.

Step 3: Shift Confirmation

• Once approved, the shift moves to the Upcoming Tab.

• You’ll receive a confirmation email (shift color turns green).

Step 4: Clocking In & Out

• On the day of your shift, go to Upcoming Shifts Tab and clock in.

• If you have trouble clocking in, print a paper timesheet (available under Documents Tab > Paper Timesheet).

• After completing your shift, clock out, and the shift moves to the Completed Tab (shift color turns blue).

Step 5: Need Help? Contact Support!

• Go to Account Tab > Start Chat or email onboarding@jentosolutions.com.

• Use the Messenger Tab to reach the facility directly or call if needed.
